These products, derived from nature, harness the power of botanicals and essential oils to provide a holistic and gentle approach to support mamas physically and emotionally during pregnancy, childbirth and the healing phase of postpartum. Below you will find the products that I offer. During our meetings we will have the opportunity to delve into your needs, assembling a tailor-made package of products to support you during this process.

Sweet almond oil

Sweet almond oil is among the most natural and ancient remedies used during pregnancy. It keeps the skin soft and supple while providing intensive protection. You can apply the oil to any part of the body from the first month, particularly on pregnant bellies. This pure sweet almond oil is enriched with vitamin E, vitamin A, essential fatty acids, potassium, proteins and zinc. 

Magnesium bath salt

Perfect for both pregnancy and postpartum periods, incorporate this salt into your bath or foot soak to enhance circulation, promote healthier skin, and facilitate better sleep. It's the most efficient way to introduce magnesium into your muscles, crucial for inducing relaxation.

Arnica oil

Arnica-infused oil is ideal for massaging onto your buttocks, thighs, and the surrounding area postpartum. This beneficial herb aids in the healing of bruising and provides relief from discomfort.

Lavender
(herb, water or oil)

Massaging with diluted lavender oil during labour has been known to strengthen contractions and helps to relieve panic or stress. If you birth at home it's an excellent oil to diffuse in the birthing space.
 

This study showed that the use of lavender (in any form) in postpartum has a significant effect on pain relief and healing of episiotomy wound as it helps with skin generation.

Yoni steam

Yoni steaming is an ancient practice where the mama will sit above a bowl with hot water and a mix of herbs to treat her wounds after giving birth. Some of the benefits are faster perineal healing, quickly shrinking hemorrhoids, reduced length of bleeding, fewer clots and lighter flow, increased relaxation, and an overall sense of calm and reconnection.

 

I offer a mix of herbs along with the use of a yoni steam chair.
